Why hasn’t my cashback tracked?
Tracking may fail due to ad blockers, cookies being disabled, or if you didn’t click directly through Cashtraq to the retailer.
How long does cashback take to confirm?
Retailers confirm cashback in a few days to 3 months depending on return policies.
How do loyalty tiers work?
We offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers based on cashback earned.
Why is there a fee?
We charge a small fee to consolidate cashback platforms into one app, saving you time and money.
